All sales are final. Since items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellation.

What if my items are damaged?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us at hicarrotpress@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving your order with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect items.
